Brother MFC8860DN Toner Reset – TN3185

The reset procedure for the Brother MFC-8860DN is as follows:

1. Open the TONER door (the door that gives you access to the toner cartridge).
2. Press the ‘back’ button.
3. Press *00.
4. Ignore the query about the drum.
5. Close the door.

Note: This may work for some of the other models that take the TN3185 toner e.g. MFC-8460N MFC8460N.
